Chunks: memorize a class the way your brain works
Working memory holds only a handful of items at once. Trying to memorize sixty poses in exact order fights your brain. Chunking works with it.
Learn a small set of reusable chunks: Sun Salutation A, Sun Salutation B, the C variation you favor, an arrival, a standing series, and a closing. Then a class becomes a short string of chunks rather than a long list of poses. Knowing what's next becomes effortless, which frees you to read the room, workshop a pose, and assist, calming the fluctuations of the teaching mind into presence.
