By downloading, installing, or using CueCraft ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
CueCraft is a yoga sequencing and cueing tool designed for yoga teachers and practitioners. The App helps users create, practice, and refine yoga flows with intelligent transitions and alignment cues.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
Free Tier: Access to basic features, save up to 10 yoga flows, limited style options.
Premium Subscription: Unlimited flow saves, all yoga styles, folder organization, priority support.
Payment Terms: iOS subscriptions are billed through Apple. Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled per Apple/Stripe policies.
You retain ownership of yoga flows and content you create. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and display your content to provide the service.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to use CueCraft to create or share content that infringes intellectual property rights, is harmful, abusive, or illegal, or violates others' privacy.
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by CueCraft and protected by intellectual property laws.
CueCraft is a planning and practice tool, not a substitute for professional instruction. Always practice within your abilities, consult a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, and listen to your body.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, accuracy of all yoga information, or suitability for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueCraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data or business interruption, or injuries resulting from yoga practice.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time through the App.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
